Safety Policy

Health and safety in the working environment for all employees is of paramount importance.
In order to successfully achieve our goals and to ensure our employees safety, Energotec’s Management undertakes to adhere to and implement the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
To ensure this we pledge to supply all necessary training, personal protective equipment and qualified personnel to uphold the requirements of the OHS act.
We will keep employees informed of all hazards and possible dangers in and around the working areas and will implement precautionary measures to eliminate such hazards.
We undertake to investigate and take corrective action for all incidents reported regarding health, safety and environmental issues.
Due to our “open door” policy and ongoing communication we will ensure that:
Our employees keep their work place clean, healthy and safe.
Attend all required safety training, safety meetings, wear and maintain all protective clothing and equipment provided.
All employees assist management to enforce and uphold the regulations of the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Act.
All incidents and unsafe acts, regarding health and safety are reported immediately to the appointed health and safety representative and management.
All employees adhere and comply with all health and safety standards and procedures.
