


Safety Policy
- Health and safety in the working environment for all employees is of paramount importance.
- In order to successfully achieve our goals and to ensure our employees safety, Energotec’s Management undertakes to adhere to and implement the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- To ensure this we pledge to supply all necessary training, personal protective equipment and qualified personnel to uphold the requirements of the OHS act.
- We will keep employees informed of all hazards and possible dangers in and around the working areas and will implement precautionary measures to eliminate such hazards.
- We undertake to investigate and take corrective action for all incidents reported regarding health, safety and environmental issues.
- Due to our “open door” policy and ongoing communication we will ensure that:
- Our employees keep their work place clean, healthy and safe.
- Attend all required safety training, safety meetings, wear and maintain all protective clothing and equipment provided.
- All employees assist management to enforce and uphold the regulations of the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Act.
- All incidents and unsafe acts, regarding health and safety are reported immediately to the appointed health and safety representative and management.
- All employees adhere and comply with all health and safety standards and procedures.
