- The company and its management strive to ensure equal opportunities for the disadvantaged sectors of the community when employing personnel.
- We utilize local personnel, and only when unable to source the appropriate skills locally shall secondment from other areas be considered. It is also our intention to sub-contract our labour supply requirements to local empowerment brokers and Sub-contractors.
- A major emphasis will be placed on the training of personnel, both on the job and formally.
- We also envisage grooming young potential for senior management positions.
